Where should you mediate?

The environment is crucial. It should be very quiet, entirely silent if possible. Sit comfortably relaxed with your eyes closed. Allow your body to relax entirely. If your mind wanders, repeat your mantra. With practice, you will be able to achieve a relaxed, meditative state very quickly.
